This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, communications with us, and business interactions with us. It does not replace any separately executed services agreement, order form, or Business Associate Agreement.

Please do not submit emergency information or protected health information through general website forms unless a form specifically states that it is intended for that purpose.

• Inquiry and demo information you submit through forms or communications with us.

• Customer data processed on behalf of a customer under a separate commercial agreement.

SMS Communications

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from us or from a Verve Solution Architects customer using PractiFlo, as applicable. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties except vendors or service providers that help us deliver messages, provide support, secure the platform, or operate our services on our behalf.

We retain consent records and messaging preference records as needed for legal, operational, and compliance purposes.

Email Communications

We may send:

• Service or transactional emails, such as account notices, support responses, billing notices, security alerts, implementation updates, and other communications necessary to provide our services.

Our public website and general marketing/contact forms are not intended to receive protected health information unless expressly identified otherwise.

Sharing of Information

• with communication, infrastructure, analytics, payment, and support providers acting on our behalf;
