How we use email and messaging
PractiFlo sends only transactional and operational messages tied to a specific patient or practice workflow. We do not send marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotional blasts, or cold outreach, and practices cannot upload purchased, rented, or scraped lists.
- Recipients are either practice staff with an account/invitation, or patients with an existing relationship with the practice.
- Patient communication preferences are collected and documented by the practice in its practice-management system.
- Patients can opt out at any time by replying to a message or contacting the practice directly; recorded opt-outs are enforced before any future send.
- Hard bounces and complaints are automatically added to a suppression list and never re-contacted.
Trust & privacy
PractiFlo is built for HIPAA-regulated patient data. Practice and patient information is isolated per practice, encrypted, and access-controlled. Verve Solution Architects, LLC enters into Business Associate Agreements with the practices it serves and with its underlying infrastructure providers.
